Proceedings:
Today we initiated work to clean up the rights and warrants ontology. We raised DER-114 to that end, and Elisa will post the results of today's efforts to GitHub when ready. That includes a few minor changes to other ontologies made during our call as well as cleaning up the class hierarchy, fixing definitions, and eliminating duplication in rights and warrants as a starting point prior to release. Note that it appears that there is significant work to be done to augment this ontology to support the variation specified in the CFI standard, but at a minimum what we have will be much cleaner after this pull request is merged.
