Jeff is at a conference today and tomorrow at the Computer History Museum on identity - driving to Mountain View from SF.
Today we continued our review of DER-129. We determined that we have too many trade/transaction/securities transaction identifiers, when what is needed is (1) transaction identifier, and then (2) the UTI, which should be a child of transaction identifier (trade identifier should be deprecated, point to transaction identifier, and be a synonym in some contexts for transaction identifier, which is broader). Elisa will work on reconcilliation this week and will attempt to find a standard on the SEC site or elsewhere for security transaction identifiers.
