Proceedings:

Today we focused on the third use case, systemic risk.  We added content related to the scope of the use case, but more work is needed in other areas.  Elisa will send the MS Word form of the use case around to John and Jeff (and everyone) to add their input/revisions over the holidays.  We look forward to resuming and to working on the ontologies in the New Year.
