Proceedings:
Discussed open SEC issues in JIRA and which ones we might tackle next. High priorities include SEC-68, which deals with the definition of Bill of Exchange, and SEC-97, covering certain MiFID properties of shares. For the latter, we may need John Gemski's assistance (he is not available for today's meeting).
With respect to bills of exchange and bankers' acceptance, there are some differences we need to capture. Some details are available in the following references:

We elected to move bill of exchange up the hierarchy under tradable debt instrument and added an explanatory note to capture the essence of what remained missing in the existing definition. Other changes that SEC-68 identified had already been made but the issue had not been updated accordingly.
