Proceedings:

Discussed the outstanding DER-70 pull request adding markets to the set that we started last week.  We made a number of revisions, and discussed the possibility of representing order-driven market for the sake of completion, but passed for the moment.  See https://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/06/quoteorderdrivenmarket.asp for more on that.
