Proceedings:
Continued discussion of SEC-168 this morning. Moved the Bond class from under FixedIncomeSecurity to under TradableDebtInstrument, as some bonds provide a variable rate of return. Similarly, moved GovernmentIssuedDebtSecurity up to under TradableDebtInstrument. Also changed the name of TreasurySecurity to USTreasurySecurity, corresponding to the definition, as other governments could also issue treasury securities. Moved GovernmentIssuedDebtSecurity under DebtInstrument to allow for the variation that might exist outside the US, and in the US, savings bonds are not tradable and are an example where the hierarchy did not work.
We made several additional changes and checked them in, but still need to add a definition for TIPS, which is what started this whole thing. We also need to revise the definition of FixedIncomeSecurity in DebtInstruments to augment the definition to state that these instruments have a fixed rate of return.
