Proceedings:

Since today's call had low attendance, we reviewed an issue Elisa found over the weekend in SEC related to the representation of common shares.  Due to changes related to the CFI expansion, all common shares are considered equivalent to one another (the individuals).  This may take some time to unwind, as it now takes 30+ hours for pellet to complete over the entire model with all individuals included.  We raised SEC-155 to address it.
