Proceedings:
Reviewed revisions to the partnerships ontology and made some additions with respect to annotations. Also reviewed the revision to sole proprietorships.
With respect to the additions to the lattice, we looked at Ownership and Control, and discovered that we need a new relationship called AccountingConsolidation, which is actually what is happening with the GLEIF / LEI content. One might infer ownership from accounting consolidation, if, for example, it is 100%. One might infer control as well, but it's not clear that accounting consolidation is either of the other two situations. What is currently in the GLEIF level two content is actually accounting consolidation and nothing more. So this is a gap we should address in BE. We also discussed the need to generalize the definition of relationship qualifier, which would apply to ownership as well as to accounting consolidation.
