Proceedings:
Today we discussed the commons status at OMG as well as review the current DER-137 CDS pull request and next steps for that. Once the ontology is clean and we can release it, then we need to work with SMEs to determine how to integrate what happens when certain corporate actions (triggering actions) occur. For example, if there is a default on a bond on which the CDS depends, what happens. Jeff and Pete are reviewing the latest version of the ontology in the current pull request to suggest any changes needed prior to release. Some examples include the class called 'credit event notice', whose explanatory note needs some additional work, the definition and note on 'credit protection terms', and the property and related definition for 'sixty business day settlement cap'.
