Proceedings:
Today we continued working on DER-138. We defined attachment point and detachment point as percentage monetary amounts, and added corresponding restrictions on Tranche. Note that we still need to (1) define liability for losses, and (2) determine whether or not attachment/detachment points apply to all tranches or only some. We also need to add detail related to how tranches are partitioned.
