Proceedings:
Today we agreed to integrate SEC-164 given that we've addressed the issues against ABS identified in that issue, and move on to SEC-184. SEC-184 requires the addition of various analytical parameters to the pools ontology, since they apply at the pool level across multiple kinds of structured instruments. See SEC-184 in JIRA for the list of concepts that are needed. These should be modeled as scoped measures of quantitative values over a given pool rather than over a single instrument. One question that came up is that the Debt Analytics ontology includes the concept of a pool of pools, and uses that as the basis for these measurements. We need to confirm (with Jeff?) that such a concept is really needed.
