Proceedings:

Today we continued the work we started last week with DER-138, focusing on the notion of collateral value, and adding concepts including collateral value as of some date and a property on the concept of a tranche for the estimated value of the collateral underlying a tranche as of the date of issuance. We will continue working on this over the course of next week.
