Regrets from John and best wishes for the holidays due to a family emergency.
Today, because of a need to potentially use the SPAR ontologies with various EDM Council projects (including FIBO), Silvio Peroni joined to discuss issues we found in those ontologies. He and his team will review what we've outlined and will fix two of the issues soon: (1) bad SWRL references in the po.rdf ontology, and (2) proper use of '/' style IRIs. He will also consider removing references to a couple of ontologies, ORB and SALT, that are not maintained and that are poorly defined, making it difficult to reuse the SPAR ontologies in standards.
