Today we continued working on SEC-97, where the current new EU securities restrictions and US securities restrictions now pass hygiene testing. We’ve added everything except the number of liquid shares, which John is researching.
Liquid shares are shares that are traded in high volumes on a daily basis and hence can be easily bought or sold without significantly impacting their price. This is somewhat ambiguous, so we are not sure whether or not we should add anything for this particular issue and is somewhat arbitrary. The reason for knowing this is related to Tier 1 Capital, so we need to think about the representation. It likely should be a boolean value on the MiFID regulated security. We will decide next week for sure how to add this.
