Proceedings:

Today we discussed the need to do more work on identifiers, including ensuring that certain identifiers identify exactly 1 thing, which we relaxed in the more general case to account for reusable identifiers.  We also discussed the potential for new work to align our corporate roles ontology in BE (Executives) with ISO. There is a new ISO standard regarding some standardized definitions of corporate roles we should get and review against what we have in FIBO in BE, that relates to ongoing work in the GLEIF ontologies. See: ISO 5009 https://www.gleif.org/en/newsroom/press-releases/new-iso-standard-supports-uniform-inclusion-of-official-organizational-roles-in-lei-based-digital-id-tools for information on that, and Elisa will attempt to get a copy of the standard itself via ISO TC68 for further review.

With respect to our ongoing work on FC-296, we discussed continuing refinement of credit events and credit ratings.  From ACTUS, the set of credit events we should cover include: 1.    Default 2.    First to Default (See II) 3.    Downgrade 4.    Fall in price 5.    Bankruptcy 6.    Insolvency 7.    Restructuring 8.    Obligation Acceleration 9.    Repudiation 10.  Moratorium  Of these, we do not have: First to Default, Fall in price, Insolvency, and maybe Restructuring (we have obligation restructuring, but need to understand if that is the same thing).  Jeff will ask Bob Mark if he can share a document describing these events from an ACTUS perspective, and what their impact is.
