Most of today's discussion was a recap of the GLEIF meeting yesterday, perspectives on what next generation identifiers might look like, issues with identifiers and mapping them to one another, the need for pedigree and provenance associated with those identifiers, etc.

Next week we'll talk more about some of these issues after the GLIEF call that Pete and Elisa are participating in on Thursday, and look at some of our remaining open issues and gaps. There are currently 20 open issues against IND in jira, but that doesn't include work that needs to be done for market indices.
