11:42 AM: Review of open/closed JIRA activities

11:45 AM: EK - expansion of the "competency questions" - clarification

11:47 AM: The timing and role of the index provider vs the role of the index user (for managing corporate actions).  The users have already anticipated the impact of CA.  The index providers manages the constituents on a real time basis

11:48 AM: Users of index must remain ahead of the market on CA to ensure that they are serviing clients correctly

11:52 AM: Pricing is the other large topic to address

11:53 AM: The most important part for users is who is being added/deleted to the index
